On February 17th, Polder Capital B.V. submitted a request to the AFM to be listed in the register for exempt managers of investment institutions on the AFM website, as specified in Article 1:107 of the Wft. As required by Article 2:66a, third paragraph, subsection b of the Wft, Polder Capital is obligated to provide periodic reports to DNB.
